Project Executive - Electrical Construction, Data Center - Columbus, OH
The Project Executive will drive successful data center project outcomes by managing the electrical construction process, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule while maintaining constructability. Provide comprehensive project management support, from initial bid to final documentation, for a portfolio of data center projects or a major single project.
Responsibilites :
- Sales & Client Acquisition : Generate new business, prepare estimates and proposals, develop and maintain client relationships, and conduct site visits.
- Contract Management : Oversee all contract phases, ensuring adherence to scope and terms, and accurate pricing.
- Project Management & Coordination : Attend project meetings, manage manpower and scheduling, and collaborate with internal and external teams.
- Financial Management : Control project budgets, ensure accurate and timely billing, manage payroll, and analyze cost-to-complete and WIP reports.
- Change Order Management : Coordinate and manage change order proposals, pricing, and tracking, ensuring timely submission and payment.
- Project Closeout : Ensure accurate and timely submission of O&M manuals and record drawings.
