Vice President of Commercial Roofing - Orlando, Florida
Gryphon Oakwood are partnered on an exciting opportunity for a Vice President of Commercial Roofing. This individual will be responsible for managing all division operations including business development, customer relationships, project management and administration. The Vice President is also responsible for leveraging company brand to develop relationships with industry professionals resulting in new business opportunities. The Vice President will train, coach, motivate and lead all team members to meet all revenue and customer service goals.
Responsibilities :
Sales and Business Development
- Meet or exceed annual sales and profitability goals
- Generate new business opportunities by identify and fostering professional trade partner relationships / referral channels
- Meet or exceed Business Development activities via calls, email, and networking through membership in trade associations, and other means
