We are seeking a highly motivated Benefits Representative to join our team. As a representative, you will play a crucial role in educating clients about the options available to them and helping them select the best plan for their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Contact clients via phone to schedule Zoom meetings
- Meet with clients on Zoom to explain benefit options and enroll them in the selected plan
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
- Provide attentive customer service and administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients and genuinely care about their well-being
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with basic technology
- Must be a NYS resident willing to obtain licensing in Life, Accident & Health
