**Job Description:**
Gryska Agencies is seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work remotely with union members to educate them about supplemental benefit plans and help them select the best option for their needs.
You will be responsible for scheduling meetings with clients, explaining benefit options, enrolling clients in selected plans, establishing relationships with existing and new clients, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact clients via phone to schedule meetings
- Meet with clients on Zoom to explain benefit options and enroll them in selected plans
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Provide administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, customer service, or related fields
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a remote environment
- Basic computer skills
- NYS residency and willingness to obtain Life, Accident & Health licensure
