Commercial Real Estate Property Manager
A regional commercial real estate property management company is currently seeking qualified candidates for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Property Manager position with operational, financial and leasing skills to manage a portfolio of retail, office, industrial and commercial owner associations. This position is located in Burlingame, CA
The ideal candidate should possess the following experience:
· 7-12 years’ experience as a Property Manager in commercial real estate
· Leasing, Marketing and Capital/Tenant Improvement Management experience
· Must have supervisory experience
· Experience with 3rd party commercial contracts a plus
· Must have excellent verbal, written communication and strong critical thinking skills
· Must have strong computer skills, must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook. Yardi Voyager experience a plus
· Must be detail-oriented, organized, & ability to multi-task
· Strong expertise in real estate finance
· Customer service oriented with excellent follow up skills
· Must possess a valid California Real Estate license or broker’s license
· College degree, desirable
· Reliable transportation a must
