Factory Management Leader

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High School Diploma:
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in Aerospace Manufacturing:
• At least 3 years of experience in aerospace manufacturing.
• Supervisory Experience:
• A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Leadership Skills:
• Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and guide teams.
• Safety Knowledge:
• A strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
• Manufacturing Knowledge:
• A deep understanding of manufacturing processes, production scheduling, and operations.
• Industry Knowledge:
• A knowledge of industry safety standards, quality control methodologies, and lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Computer Skills:
• Proficiency in computer skills, MS Office, and manufacturing software.
