- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Present and demonstrate products or services to customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
- Proven experience in technical sales, with a deep understanding of the products or services being sold
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business development opportunities
- Experience in outside sales, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, as it allows for effective communication with Spanish-speaking customers
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals for both the company and the customer
