Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results driven B2B Appointment Generator to join our team. Motivated by unlimited earning opportunity in this position. The ideal candidate will have experience in inside sales (no retail) and potentially call center experience, with a knack for effectively communicating with potential clients. This role involves contacting US Manufacturers and businesses across different sectors to schedule appointments for our senior management team to discuss our projects and staffing models.
This position is setting appointments for a SERVICE not a product.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to US Manufacturers and other business sectors to generate appointments for senior management.
- Clearly and effectively communicate the value proposition of GSC's injury prevention solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments set using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies for lead generation and appointment setting.
- Meet weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inside sales/appointment setting in a B2B setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work early hours to accommodate clients on the East Coast.
- Call center experience is a plus.
