Would you like to take your skills and work independently? This exciting opportunity for a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Certified Athletic Trainer is located in an industrial setting, working with employees at a manufacturing facility. You will have the chance to learn new skill sets, including ergonomics, employment testing, and more! This position offers a set but flexible schedule, covering mornings and afternoons to accommodate all three shifts. GSC On-Site is a growing company is a new business sector. We can offer candidates great opportunities if they are looking to advance into management!
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with new company employees to provide education for body mechanics and flexibility exercises.
- Develop and implement coaching & intervention plans, including body mechanics coaching, ergonomics training, and educational presentations.
- Conduct individualized hands-on first-aid only intervention. Including manual/massage, exercise, education, and kinesio taping to resolve soft tissue conditions.
- Conduct office and manufacturing ergonomic assessments
- Work with employees at their job stations to coach in body mechanics and postures for safe work.
- Provide safety education to employees at the site.
- Collaborate with EHS, HR, medical personnel, and site leadership to ensure program success.
- Complete documentation efficiently and according to GSC protocols.
- Assist in compiling outcome data and reports for GSC management.
- Actively participate in meetings and communicate with management about opportunities, concerns, and other pertinent issues.

Education
- Must have a PTA or COTA License, or ATC.
