Responsibilities
- Maintain current knowledge and certifications of Solidworks
- Provide technical support to customers both pre-sale and post-sale (virtually or in person)
- Engage with customers to find creative manufacturing solutions
- Work with the Marketing and Business Development teams to support pre and post-sales efforts including creating valuable collateral for our clients.
- Train customers on software solutions as needed
- Partner with the Sales team to demonstrate technical capabilities of solutions for current and potential customers
Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelors in manufacturing or engineering field
- 5 years experience in a manufacturing setting
- Experience with parametric 3D design utilizing software such as Solidworks, Inventor, Fusion360, Creo, etc
- Eager to learn and share new information
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability and desire to engage with customers.
- Engineering degree is preferable
- Ability to travel locally and in the region
