Job Title: Cannabis Grow Tech
Location: Washington Township, NJ (or nearby)
Job Summary:
Be part of a winning team of premium cannabis growers in the state of New Jersey. GSCC Management is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented , and above all DEPENDABLE individual to join our team as a Cannabis Grow Tech at our cultivation facility near Washington Township, NJ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of the cannabis cultivation process while maintaining the highest standards of quality and care. This role is critical in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible product. The position requires a candidate who can work efficiently, meet daily cultivation workflow goals, and contribute to the overall success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist cultivation team with all aspects of the cultivation process as directed by supervisors.
- Assist with all aspects of site maintenance as directed by supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety, sanitation, and compliance guidelines.
- Lift and move up to 45 lbs. as required.
- Follow all state and company regulations related to medical cannabis cultivation and processing.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old and legally eligible to work in the state of New Jersey.
- Ability to pass a state-mandated background check, including fingerprinting.
- Physical ability to lift to 45 lbs. as needed.
- Must be dependable and have a strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability
- Reliable transportation to and from the cultivation facility.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality cannabis products.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in state-legal cannabis cultivation is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of or interest in learning cannabis plant anatomy and growing techniques
- Familiarity with New Jersey cannabis regulations and compliance standards.
