Associate Director, Decision Sciences (GSD&M LLC, Austin, TX)
We are searching for an Associate Director, Decision Sciences.
Enrich and develop core team of SEO, CRM and Web Analytics operations and analysts. Identify opportunities to engineer custom technical opportunities based on client need. Develop processes and operating procedures for the data team to support and interface with internal teams across the agency. Implement analysis and optimization strategies across multiple clients. Work effectively across the fundamentals of the analytical process including data collection, measurement, insights and optimizations. Communicate methodologies and results to non-technical audiences. Deliver analytical work from ideation to completion. Manage workplans to ensure timely completion of deliverables. Use strong communication skills (written and verbal) to keep clients and account services teams current on status of work. Communicate directly with clients to resolve issues. Interpret data needs and guides collection process. Execute analysis as designed. Evaluate analytical models for validity. Synthesize analysis results, research and other information to generate actionable insights for our clients. Decide on and defend issue solutions. Make improvements to current process and deliverables. Delegate work to other team members, as necessary. Lead presentations to clients. Domestic travel required up to 5% of the time. Must report to GSD&M LLC, 828 W. 6th St, Austin, TX 78703 office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
