Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead and mentor the graphic design team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Provide strategic guidance to ensure the design team is effectively integrated into the broader creative process.
- Creative Vision, Strategy & Execution: Oversee the creation of compelling visual content that enhances the agency’s advertising campaigns, ensuring that designs meet client expectations and brand guidelines. Lead the ideation and conceptualization phases, contributing to the development of innovative, design-led solutions for clients.
- Project Management: Oversee and coordinate multiple high-profile projects simultaneously. Manage the end-to-end creative process, including briefing, ideation, and final presentation, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.
- Design Operations: Identify and implement tools, technologies, and processes to streamline design operations and improve efficiency without compromising creativity. Establish best practices for design workflows, ensuring high-quality output even under tight deadlines.
