Primary support position for the Business Development team responsible for helping deliver against the details of all assignments

Position-Specific Responsibilities / Duties :

  • Coordination of calendars resources for all pitch efforts
  • Case study development leadership and management
  • Bio development and management
  • Support for presentation design and builds, RFPs and agency marketing materials
  • Management maintenance of agency online profiles with consultants
  • Archive management support - online and offline
  • Work with Project Management to develop, manage and monitor production schedules, estimates and daily deliverables
  • Sharepoint / One Drive / Google platform organization and support
  • Administrative Support : booking travel, expenses, department support requests, team meeting calendaring, agency information file trafficking archiving, studio / project management facilitation, process administration (status reports, opening job numbers, credit clearances, competitive material, billing), itineraries

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities :

  • Proficient in agency email / calendar / meeting request programs
  • Pitch credential aesthetics and information design, including ongoing presentation development
  • Ability to write reports and general business correspondence
  • Research skills : ability to read, write, analyze and interpret information from a variety of sources
  • Superb organizational skills, capable of managing complex and detailed projects and tasks
  • Key Characteristics / Desired Competencies :

  • Flexible - needs to be able to adapt to changing circumstances and related agency / new business decisions
  • Team player - must be able to communicate across all levels within the agency and traffic information that helps keep teams up to date on activities
  • Anticipation - needs to forecast and plan multiple options throughout any given assignment
  • Deep understanding of GSD&M approach, stories, tone of voice to then apply our look / feel / tone across a variety of communication needs
