- Weekend Hours : alternating, (6 weekend shifts per 6 week schedule)
- Call Requirements : no on call
- Required Certifications : BLS / ACLS
- Years of Experience : 4
- Float Requirements : will float to other inpatient units as appropriate for skill level. Will float before core staff
- Additional Notes : Will be expected to cover most holidays. No holidays off first contract Unit Information :

- Must Have Skills / Experience : experienced in step down level patients, understands charting and interventions as it relates to high reliability care, will support team efforts to continuous improvement
- Preferred Skillset / Experience : can identify early signs of a change in patient condition, experience with Cerner,
- Common Diagnosis / Treatment : sepsis, severe chronic pulmonary issues, complex diagnoses
- Personality Fit : willingness to work as a team, excellent attendance, be a problem solver not a finger pointer, upbeat and calm in difficult situations, willing to elevate issues as identified
