Job Summary
This position will provide administrative support to the company through dual roles as the office receptionist and accounts payable clerk. This position will handle incoming calls, assist with the daily functions of the office, and manage the accounts payable process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
Duties
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner, assisting or redirecting as necessary
- Collect and sort incoming mail to ensure timely processing of invoices and related documents
- Purchase office and warehouse supplies
- Manage accounts payable invoice process from invoice entry to approval and payment processing
- Maintain vendor profiles to ensure proper contact information and remittance details
- Assist with annual 1099 reporting
- Facilitate company credit card transaction approvals and entry into accounting software
- Maintain company vehicle records and assist with fleet services transactions
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree or higher preferred)
- Previous experience in an accounts payable or bookkeeping role preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- A positive, friendly, and professional demeanor

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
