What are the responsibilities and job description for the Video Shooter / Editor position at GSF Media?
At GSF Media, creativity drives us and execution sets us apart. Since 1997, we’ve helped brands tell their stories with clarity, confidence, and craft. We don’t chase polish for polish’s sake. We capture what’s real, what works, and what moves people. Our clients count on us to deliver content that’s sharp, engaging, and rooted in purpose.
As video storytelling continues to shift (new formats, evolving platforms, smarter tools) we’re looking for a Shooter/Editor who thrives in the moment. Someone who can spot creative opportunities as they happen, adjust on the fly, and shoot with both speed and intention. This isn’t a Hollywood “crew member” role. It’s built for someone who’s agile, scrappy, and focused on making great content in the real world.
Building authentic relationships is our top priority. Think of your teammates as "Battle Buddies" - people you can count on both in the field and in the editing bay. Trust is essential. Together, we tackle any obstacle, whether in the creative room or on set.
If you love being behind the camera, think quickly under pressure, and care about delivering work that makes an impact, we’d like to meet you.
