What you will do as our Admin Assistant/Front Desk Coordinator:
- Deliver an exceptional experience to every person, beginning with an unmatched first impression and building rapport with teammates, visitors, and customers.
- Maintain and uphold a high standards by conducting each responsibility with GSF Properties Inc. standards and values. Maintain accurate records of banking materials and reports, handle various accounts, effective communication, be a team player, and exceptional customer service.
- Handle transactions like managing vendors and deliveries, accepting and logging deposits, or sending various reports.
- Act as a liaison between Customers and Staff
- Collaborate with talented teammates to identify and solve any department issues that arise.
- Cash handling and banking.
- Multi-tasking and Organization is key!

Requirements
- Amazing customer service skills with proven and steady customer service and office experience
- Greet all GSF guests coming in the door and on the phone with a friendly and positive attitude
- Multi-tasking and proficiency in multi-phone handling skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in working with computers including word processing, calendar management, software/database, and various programs
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
- Available to work a set schedule Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
