This Grounds Technician position is responsible for the daily upkeep and curb appeal of two apartment communities, including buildings, parking lots/structures, trash areas and common areas.

- Enhance our community - You’ll be responsible for maintaining and cleaning the grounds to keep up the curb appeal of the property. On-the-job training will be provided as needed.
- Build rapport with customers - You'll make positive connections with customers by offering a smile and a greeting when you see them around their homes.
- Respond to service requests - You’ll launch into action when grounds issues arise, collaborating with teammates and prioritizing service requests to earn trust and build resident satisfaction.
- Notice the details - You’ll walk the property daily, inspecting all areas for cleanliness and safety, and helping to maintain great curb appeal.

Requirements
Requirements for Grounds Technician:
- Excellent Customer Service
- 1 year of proven and current work experience
- Basic computer skills (email, internet, etc.
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Available to work M-F 8am-5pm schedule (40 hours)
