Leasing Consultant Responsibilities:
- Our Leasing Consultant is the community's sales representative and is responsible for interacting with residents, both existing and potential on behalf of GSF Properties Inc.
- Assist with viewing/touring the property, providing accurate information about each apartment home, properly process rental applications, secure lease agreements from qualified persons, and participate in lease renewals.
- Our Leasing Consultant is responsible for conducting all job duties in accordance with Fair Housing Laws and Company policy.

Requirements
Leasing Consultant Job Requirements:
- Excellent Customer Service experience
- Great sales experience is a plus
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, property management-related software, email, internet, social media)
- Must be able to multi-task
- Organized
- Able to handle high volume work load as needed
- Able to follow directions and work independently
- Must be able to work M,T,TH,F, and Saturday schedule (Off Wednesday & Sundays)
Salary : $18 - $19
