GSF Properties Inc. is looking to add a Portfolio Manager to our dynamic team in Fresno, CA!
Portfolio Manager Responsibilities:
- Plan, control, and direct the daily operations of multiple properties.
- Oversees compliance within these properties.
- Manages the financial responsibilities of the properties including annual budget.
- Manage and lead staff at each property.
- Responsible for interviewing and hiring all property employees under the direction of HR.
- Responsible for ensuring a professional appearance and attitude at all times for yourself and all property employees.
- Responsible for thorough knowledge, implementation and enforcement of all policies and procedures of GSF Properties Inc., ensuring through constant supervision and review that all personnel in all departments are operating within those regulations.
- Responsible for generating various reports, including but not limited to the Weekly Vacancy, Delinquency, Turnover, and Traffic reports. The accuracy and timeliness of these reports are the responsibility of the Property Manager.
- Any other tasks assigned by the VP of Operations.

Requirements
Portfolio Manager Job Requirements:
- 5 years' experience managing multiple properties with direct supervision of staff
- Must have proven property management experience w/direct supervision of staff to be considered.
- Must have valid Driver’s License
- Real Estate license is preferred
- Appfolio and Real Page experience
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing work schedules, requirements, and scope
- Cooperative and engaging team spirit with collaborative work groups
- Significant customer service experience
- Proven Leadership experience
Salary : $68,000 - $72,000
