What Youll Be Doing
Assisting with the recruitment process, from posting job ads to scheduling interviews
Helping new employees feel at home with onboarding and orientation
Maintaining HR records and databases with impeccable accuracy (seriously, attention to detail is key!)
Supporting payroll and benefits administrationmaking sure everyone gets paid on time is pretty important
Coordinating employee events, training sessions, and team-building activities
Handling HR inquiries and being the friendly face that employees turn to for support
Keeping things organizedbecause an HR team without organization is like a meeting with no agenda!
What Were Looking For
