As an Inbound Call Center Assistant, youll be the friendly voice on the other end of the phone, providing customers with exceptional service and quick, accurate solutions. Every call is different, and you'll have the chance to make a real impact by helping customers get the information and assistance they need. What Youll Be Doing:
Answering inbound customer calls with a positive attitude and professional tone
Resolving inquiries related to products, services, and account issuesno two calls will be the same!
Troubleshooting and finding solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
Accurately documenting customer information and updating records in our CRM system
Collaborating with team members to provide timely and effective solutions
Following up on any unresolved issues to ensure customers needs are fully met
Maintaining knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide top-notch support
What Were Looking For:
A love for helping others and a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service
Strong communication skillsclear, professional, and friendly on every call
Problem-solving abilities with a knack for staying calm and collected under pressure
Comfortable navigating computer systems and using customer service software (training will be provided)
