The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn all aspects of CMT operations.
As the first point of contact at the front desk, this role requires strong phone presence and a professional, welcoming demeanor. The ability to step in and support various team members is essential, as this position will frequently assist with different tasks across the department.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with project set-ups for CMT services
- Perform data entry for concrete testing and billing
- Provide back-up support for billing and other administrative functions
- Upload reports and documentation into client portals
- Answer and direct phone calls; greet visitors professionally
- Support the team by filling in for various roles as needed
- Maintain organized records and assist with general office duties
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong team player mindset—willing to take on various tasks as needed
- Excellent phone presence and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus, but not required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
