Inside Sales Representative - Medical Aesthetics Industry

Office Location: North Fort Lauderdale, FL

A Fast growing Medical Aesthetics company is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their dynamic team. In this role you will drive sales with Dermatologist, Plastic Surgeons, Dentists, Ophthalmologists and more, access the highest-quality pharmaceutical and medical anesthetics for their procedures and Rx medications for their clients. The topical anesthetics come in a range of potencies tailored for specific treatments—whether it’s laser hair removal, microneedling, chemical peels, or surgical procedures along with a range of medical aesthetics targeting all major skin conditions.

Core Responsibilities:

• Own your territory and drive new business acquisition and cultivate relationships with MedSpas, Plastic Surgeons, Dentists, and Ophthalmologists.Drive new business acquisition in assigned territory
• Build relationships with MedSpas, Plastic Surgeons, Dentists, and Ophthalmologists
• For existing clients provide ongoing support, introduce new solutions, and drive repeat purchases through proactive account management.
• Develop and execute sales strategies using CRM tools
• Attend industry conferences and collaborate with marketing team
• Manage customer engagement and outreach initiatives
• Collaborate with Marketing and provide insights that shape targeted campaigns and promotional initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years of successful inside sales experience
• Background in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or aesthetics preferred
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Excel
• Strong track record of meeting sales targets
