Medical Sales Consultant - Austin

Territory: Requires four days of overnight travel.
Salary Quarterly Bonus: Target of $160K uncapped, with top representatives earning in the mid $200K range. Benefits include a car allowance, expense credit card, medical, dental, vision, 401K, vacation, PTO, and extensive training and development.
Overview: A global medical aesthetics company is seeking an experienced Medical Sales Consultant to drive business growth and manage client relationships in the Austin and San Antonio territories. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge aesthetic medical solutions while partnering with prestigious dermatology practices and plastic surgery offices.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Strategically manage and grow market share within the existing account base.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute comprehensive office training programs and educational events.
- Drive sales through innovative field promotional programs.
- Provide advanced technical product expertise and support to medical professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activities.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize territory potential.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of two years of proven B2B or medical sales experience in a quota-driven role.
- Demonstrated track record of high sales performance in the current position.
- Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
- Must maintain a high degree of integrity and ethical standards at all times.
- Experience in the medical aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery industries a plus
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
