The Senior Manager, Cross-BU NAM (US, Canada) Procurement , organization, is responsible for all category management and sourcing activities for various marketing categories within NAM markets. This role will be responsible for business partnering with key senior stakeholders, co-creation of category strategy in cooperation with global categories, reflecting NAM business needs.

Have the unique opportunity to drive category excellence within the BU(s) through the development and implementation of regional category strategies, in partnership with global category teams. This role will partner closely with the business to represent the needs of local stakeholders and local market dynamics to drive value for Haleon.
Collaborate for Impact
- Develop Sourcing Strategies : Create effective regional and local sourcing strategies that align with business requirements and market nuances. Collaborate with global category leads to implement best practices and leverage global scale.
- Influence Global Category Teams : Ensure regional considerations are integrated into global and regional supplier relationships, negotiations, and contracts.
- Promote Sustainability and Diversity : Ensure regional strategies reflect Haleon's sustainability and diversity objectives.
- Leverage Deep Category Expertise : Utilize deep category understanding to become a trusted partner.
- Deliver Comprehensive Value : Provide value beyond savings, focusing on overall impact and benefits.

The salary range for this role is : $115,834 - $159,271 USD bonus
