Department Description

This team supports the entire GSK/ViiV portfolio and US/PR customers ranging from Wholesalers/Distributors, CDC, Federal, Specialty Pharmacies and a wide range of direct ordering customers through our GSKDirect eCommerce site.  

• Order and Account Management and Returns Compliance: assist in adjustment processing, channel monitoring and reporting as well as general business processes.

Job Description

The Trade & Distribution Co-op will primarily support the Customer Operations Team supporting Order & Account Management and Returns compliance functions.  

There is a focus on system and processes enhancements, reports tools (ie. Power BI), and automation opportunities (ie. AI) to improve our processes, maximize efficiency and mitigate risk. 

Minimum Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Information Systems, Business Administration, or similar disciplines.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Must be able to work full-time (35-40 hours/week) throughout the duration of the 6-month co-op (March 2025 ~ September 2025).
• Must have an active student status and/or within 12 months post-graduation from a BS or MS degree program. Post-doctoral candidates are not eligible.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of standard business intelligence tools and reporting software (ex. Power BI, Microsoft Azure).
• Experience in data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of SAP.

• Must successfully pass a drug screen and background check prior to assignment target start date.

Benefits

• While GSK embraces a flexible work environment, we do require certain positions to be onsite. Candidates who are hired for an on-site role or hybrid role, and reside outside of 50-miles from their assigned work location, are eligible for relocation stipend. This is a one-time payment to help offset housing & relocation expenses. Please refer to the position details for the requirements of each position.
