- Assist patients/residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Ensure the highest quality of service for patients/residents and their families
- Work alongside Licensed/Registered Nurses to provide care
- Recognize and respect individual patients'/residents' needs and rights
- Maintain a caring and compassionate atmosphere
Requirements
- Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program
- Current CNA certification
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to ensure patient safety and well-being
