Job Title : RN Unit Manager
Location : Milford DE
Duration: 14 Weeks Of Contract
Shift Taming : 8 AM - 4:30 PM
Shift Days: Mon - Fri
No of Hours Per Weeks : 40.00
Notes: $ 1,500 completion bonus for 12 week contract.
Weekend On Call Rotation
No more than 2 call out's and no NCNS or tardiness issues or the bonus will be voided.
Job Description :
- Ensure continual delivery of high quality nursing care
- Adopt and implement innovative nursing practices to improve our facility
- Recruit, select and guide nursing staff
- Ensure that nursing staff remains in compliance with professional development and regulatory standards
- Maintain a healthy, collaborative team environment
- Mentor the Associate Nurse Manager, charge nurses and clinical nurses.
Nurse Manager Requirements:
- A valid nursing license.
- A master of sciences in nursing.
- 3 years of experience in nursing.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Leadership skills.
- Patience
Job Type: Contract
Pay: Up to $66.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.00 per week
