Job Description
Analyzes customer business needs and participates in the planning design and implementation of new or enhanced systems. Supervises guides and / or instructs the work assignments of subordinate staff. Establishes standards and procedures.
Client is seeking an experienced Application Solution Architect specializing in Salesforce with expertise in integrating with statelevel platforms particularly the IES Gateway. This contract role focuses on designing and implementing scalable solutions that enable seamless integration. The ideal candidate will combine deep Salesforce expertise with strong knowledge of government systems integration ensuring robust data interoperability for grant management and financial reporting workflows.
Key Responsibilities :
IES Gateway Integration : Design and implement comprehensive integration solutions between Salesforce and IES Gateway ensuring reliable data synchronization and process automation.
Solution Architecture : Develop endtoend Salesforce solutions that effectively leverage IES Gateway capabilities for grant management and financial reporting.
System Integration : Create robust integration patterns using APIs middleware and ETL tools to establish secure data flows between Salesforce and state systems.
Technical Leadership : Guide development teams in implementing integration solutions while ensuring adherence to both Salesforce and state system standards.
Compliance & Security : Ensure solutions meet federal and state security requirements implement proper data protection and audit me chanisms.
Business Collaboration : Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate complex integration needs into technical solutions.
Grant Management : Design solutions that leverage IES Gateway for streamlined grant processing financial reporting and compliance tracking.
Documentation : Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all integration components including architecture diagrams API specifications and security protocols.

Education : Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems or related field.
Experience :
Minimum 7 years in Salesforce architecture and development roles.
2 years experience with government system integrations.

Expert knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and integration patterns.
Strong experience with API design web services and ETL processes.
Proficiency in integration technologies (MuleSoft SOAP / REST APIs middleware).
