The Manager of Market Access Data Management & Operations will grow and maintain US Market Access' data environment in support of reporting, analytics, and data capabilities. The role will collaborate closely with strategy, analytics, engineering, and IT teams.
This role requires a unique combination of strong technical data and analytics capabilities, project management, and ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow the Market Access data environment to enable new data capabilities while maintaining best in class architecture, security, and compliance.
- Align data capabilities to the business to enable strategy and decision making.
- Oversee data model design and implementation to support reporting and analytics.
- Ensure data capabilities meet IT and compliance requirements to ensure data security, quality and compliance.
- Understand data relationships and triage data-related questions from the business.
- Partner with IT and Data Governance to source and implement new data.
- Bring a foundation of data management & business acumen related to life sciences.
- Focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
