As an HCP Marketing Manager for Nucala, you will be leading key projects focused on the development of HCP promotional tactics to execute the brand strategy. Candidate should be a self-starter, who has a passion for ensuring marketing campaigns are customer focused, competitive, and innovative in the HCP marketing space.

- Lead development of assigned professional promotional tactics – including developing project briefs to ensure promotional materials will deliver on the brand strategy and meet business objectives
- Work effectively and collaboratively as an equal partner across a matrix marketing organization
- Strategically align product and its attributes to identified marketplace needs through application of learnings from market research, data analysis, and insight generation
- Develop implementation strategy for key levers such as sales materials, digital and omni-channel marketing; clearly articulating brand strategy to matrix partners to enable effective pull-through and execution by the sales force
- Create and deliver robust field engagement plans providing clarity of direction and rationale for requested activities to ensure customer-facing teams have innovative materials necessary to effectively engage customers in complaint discussions
- Effectively lead cross-functional team of internal and external partners, including the professional agency and project teams to drive execution
- Develop effective working relationships and engage across relevant stakeholders (Brand & Sales Leaders, Medical, Marketing Directors, Legal/Regulatory)
- Measure and track performance of key tactics
- Work closely with brand marketing Directors and Senior Directors and to ensure tactics align with and support brand strategies and objectives

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- BS/BA, preferably in Business /Marketing or Health Sciences related field
- Minimum of 3 years of healthcare marketing or other relevant commercial experience (Relevant commercial experience may include sales, training, or communications in an agency, CPG or pharma company. Healthcare marketing can include brand marketing, market research, marketing operations, and/or provider marketing or a combination of these)
- Experience working in a matrix environment and with all levels of an organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- MBA
- HCP or Consumer marketing, advertising, and/or consumer media experience strongly preferred including multichannel experience.
- Digital marketing/advertising/media and omnichannel experience.
- 5 - 8 years marketing experience (2 years in healthcare marketing)
- Project management experience with proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships.
- Demonstrated leadership, proven decision-making, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and oral/written communication skills.
- Experience with primary and secondary market research.
- Demonstrated analytical skills. Ability to understand drivers of performance, synthesize and accurately draw conclusions from data and apply results of market research to inform decision making
- Budget management experience.
- Experience implementing projects within pharma including copy approval experience.
- Experience with pre-launch/launch for new products and new clinical data
- Experience managing external Agencies.
