Responsibilities Of An Exam Invigilator
- Supervise students during exams to ensure a calm and orderly environment.
- Assist in the preparation of exam rooms, including setting up exam materials.
- Ensure that exam regulations and protocols are adhered to and report any irregularities.
- Distribute and collect exam papers and other materials as directed by the exam board or school.
- Provide support to students who may need assistance during the exam, within the rules.
- Ensure the safe and orderly conduct of exams, ensuring no cheating or misconduct.
- Support the school in maintaining a professional and respectful environment for students.
- Previous experience working as an Exam Invigilator is beneficial.
- A reliable and organised approach to work.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and manage large groups of students.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exam Invigilator full training will be provided.
- An Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service or the willingness to apply for one.
