Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Puller to join our team. The Puller will play a crucial role in the warehouse by accurately selecting and preparing products for shipment. This position requires a strong focus on efficiency and accuracy to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled correctly and in a timely manner.
Duties
- Accurately pick and pull items from inventory according to order specifications.
- Verify product quantities and quality before packing for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently (training may be provided).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Assist in inventory management by reporting discrepancies or low stock levels.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies during operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends if needed.
