Key Responsibilities:
- Pays close attention to detail.
- Inspects and removes defective products, raw materials, and packaging material.
- Stocks product/raw materials for assembly packaging.
- Tests and verifies game call sound to ensure quality standards.
- Maintains accurate records of finished and rejected packaged items.
- Ensures a clean workspace throughout the shift.
Requirements:
- Ability to work with individuals or groups.
- Strong communication & organizational skills.
- Basic math & computer skills.
- Familiarity with tools related to working on various machines.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform tasks such as standing, lifting, turning, twisting, safety gate operation, reaching, pulling, pushing, and clutching.
- English language proficiency (speaking, reading, writing).
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
- One to three years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
