What You'll Do :
- Be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, offering a warm and professional greeting.
- Handle incoming phone calls, directing them to the right departments and taking accurate messages.
- Schedule appointments efficiently across our various divisions, ensuring all service requests are met.
- Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area that reflects the high standards of GSM Services.
- Perform administrative tasks such as sorting mail, managing inventory, and preparing documents.
- Keep an eye on staff movements to assist with visitor security and scheduling.
- Follow up with customers through our 3-Month Happy Calls and appointment confirmations.
- Provide information to callers and assist with queries from the public and our valued customers.
