About the position
The Residential Duct Cleaning Crew Leader is responsible for overseeing and performing duct cleaning services, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards. This role combines hands-on technical work with leadership and customer service responsibilities, making it essential for maintaining customer satisfaction and team performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of duct cleaning technicians on residential job sites.
- Perform duct cleaning services using professional-grade equipment and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Inspect duct systems to assess cleaning requirements and provide feedback to customers.
- Maintain clear communication with customers to explain the duct cleaning process and address any questions or concerns.
- Ensure timely completion of jobs while maintaining quality standards.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to perform their duties effectively.
- Maintain and monitor equipment, ensuring it is clean and in proper working condition.
- Complete necessary paperwork, including work orders and reports, accurately and promptly.

Requirements
