What You'll Do :
As a Comfort and Energy Advisor, you"ll help homeowners achieve comfort, efficiency, and energy savings. Your responsibilities include :
- Selling top-notch services like HVAC replacements , indoor air quality solutions , duct repairs , crawlspace upgrades , whole-home generators , and more.
- Collaborating with customers to propose tailored solutions for their energy and comfort needs.
- Building and maintaining a full installation schedule.
- Living by GSM Services' Core Values and providing unparalleled customer service.

Your Day-to-Day :
- Engage with customers Monday Saturday (7 : 30 AM 8 : 00 PM), providing consultations and tailored recommendations.
- Tackle emergencies as needed, demonstrating a proactive attitude.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For :
- A valid driver's license and safe driving record.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills you'll be interacting with customers and internal teams daily.
- Strong computer proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Experience with dispatch systems is a plus!
- A team player who's courteous, solution-driven, and always eager to learn.
