Commercial Roofing Installer / Apprentice
Responsibilities
- Understand and maintain GSM Services standards, policies, and procedures
- Maintain GSM Services attendance requirements
- Maintain proper conduct and dress code. Represent GSM Services in a professional manner
- Have a positive attitude and work to promote a positive work environment with all co-workers
- Follow all GSM Services and OSHA safety regulations. Assist in awareness of the job-site safety program and identify any job-site concerns
- Follow all directions given by the immediate leader (Roofing Team Leader) as it relates to job production
- Learn and gain skill in working to meet the standards and application quality set by GSM Services for the installation of sheet metal roofing
- Assist in organizing and placement of job-site materials
- Assist in determining all equipment is in safe working order. Report the condition of equipment to the immediate leader and ensure equipment is taken to the appropriate repair location
- Assist in maintaining appropriate housekeeping standards at both the job-site and the GSM Services facility
- Other duties as assigned
