As a Service Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC equipment and all related components of systems. Performs other duties/tasks as required, i.e. system start-ups, assisting our installation team, etc. Responsibilities include:
- Troubleshoot HVAC equipment efficiently and logically.
- Perform “big picture” troubleshooting, i.e. analyzing complete system rather than individual components.
- Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized work vehicle.
- Complete work processes in a timely and organized manner.
- Take pride in all work with true artisanship.

- Provide clients with information and pricing on service agreements, accessories, and other comfort improvements.
- Perform equipment installations if needed.
- Perform maintenance work if needed.
- Attend trainings and educational opportunities when invited.
- Identify and suggest areas of improvement.
The ideal candidate will have:
- EPA Universal Refrigeration Certification
- OSHA 10 Certification
- NH Issued Gas Service License
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clean driving and criminal records as required by state laws for home service companies and by company insurance carrier(s)
- 4 Years of HVAC Service Experience
- Ability to lift 100 pounds
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide repairs at the service technician level
- Ability to follow controls/wiring schematic
- Ability to braze/solder
- Ability to work well with team members
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills utilizing multimeter
- Understanding of refrigeration theory
- Standard technician tools
- NATE Certification, preferred
- Capable of working and thinking independently
- Neat, clean, professional appearance
For Compensation, this is a full-time, hourly role with a Monday - Friday schedule with hours of 7:30am-4:00pm. Opportunities for overtime are present, as required. All team members participate in a rotational on-call for weeknights and weekends. Benefits include:
