As a Client Experience Specialist, you will work closely with the sales team to manage interactions between the clients to drive sales and ensure satisfaction. Client Experience Specialist Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive client relations required to ensure superior client satisfaction
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions to drive sales
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly targets and contribute to overall company growth
- Build rapport with customers, answer questions, and address concerns to foster positive relationships
- Offer detailed information about products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions

Client Experience Specialist Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field is a plus
- Previous experience as a customer service representative and sales preferred
