Job Summary:
The Fulfillment Line Leader reports to the Fulfillment Leader and Supervisor. The Fulfillment Line leader is responsible for pulling orders, and assisting in the set-up and preparation of orders. The Fulfillment Line Leader will coordinate the flow of approximately 20 employees in the pull line, including assigning work-hours to specific orders. They are responsible to alert all potential disciplinary actions to Management. The Line leader may also be assigned to special projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Line Leader is also a Puller and therefore works on the floor at the front or end of the line
- Checks the accuracy and quality of products
- Able to prioritize tasks and coordinates flow of work from pull line
- Assigns work-hours to specific orders in order to meet due dates as well as assign tasks as necessary
- Pre-pulls items to expedite the next day's pull line
- Is able to keep track of pull line progress and provide status updates to managers
- Is able to learn the product, its shipping specifications and the preferences of each client
- Ensures timecards are accurate, complete, and collected on-time
- Is a great communicator and proactively informs the manager of any related issues and updates
- Assists in all areas of Fulfillment such as preparation, fabrication and shipping
- Leads by example by working hard and having positive interactions with other departments
- All other duties as requested, including supporting other departments
Education and Experience:
- Previous experience in printing, fulfillment, or related field is preferred
- Familiar with shipping via UPS and FedEx
- Comfortable working on computers

Physical demands:
- PC/Keyboard: Working on computers, using keyboards and viewing screens
- Standing: Standing for entire assigned shift
- Lifting: Raising or lowering an object from one level to another (Includes upward pulling) of up to 50 lbs
- Carrying: Transporting an object, usually holding it in the hands or arms, or on the shoulder
- Reaching: Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.
- Feeling: Ability to identify texture of material such as if lamination has been applied and being able to distinguish different gauges of material thickness
- Talking: Verbal communication including giving instruction and exchanging information with necessary detail and delivery
- Hearing: Communication including listening to people convey instructions or conversation, and distinguishing noises from machines and within the plant
Salary : $16 - $16
