Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of assigned customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and goals.
- Onboard new customers, providing training and guidance on how to use our products or services effectively.
- Act as a customer advocate within the organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement solutions.
- Monitor customer health metrics and work proactively to address any potential concerns or risks of churn.
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive experience.
- Help customers identify opportunities for optimisation and additional features or services that could enhance their experience.
- Collect and analyse customer feedback to help improve products and services.
- Assist in customer renewals, contract extensions, and upselling when appropriate.
