Role: Lead SDET
Location: Orlando, FL –Hybrid Onsite
Duration: Long Term
• Develop comprehensive test plans, deployment artifacts and application monitoring procedures
• This will require you to understand the framework and to develop a big picture view of how the projects in the Automation team benefit the other teams
• This will include giving guidance to other teams on best coding practices and good automation strategies
• Develop test automation framework (BDD/TDD/Hybrid)
• Write and maintain efficient, reusable automated test cases
• Develop test plans and scalable automation solutions
• should have strong hands-on experience in core Java.
• Nice to have experience with Mobile Testing (Appium)
• Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
• Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.
• Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team, product development team, and other appropriate staff.
• Works with Project Managers to develop project schedules and resource allocation models for QA related projects and other activities such as software deployment, customer integration, and professional services validation.
• Oversee the global application portfolio support team to provide effective incident resolution management
• Supervise and manage QA team across different functional areas
• Oversee design and implementation of continuous integration platform which focuses on testing frameworks, technical artifact organization, and testing during the transition phase
