Job Title : Reltio MDM Project Manager
Job Summary
The Reltio MDM Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing end-to-end implementations and upgrades of Reltio's Master Data Management platform. This role requires deep expertise in Reltio MDM, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions that meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will ensure successful project delivery, adherence to timelines, and alignment with organizational data governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Plan, manage, and oversee the implementation of Reltio MDM projects, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies are in place.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with business stakeholders, data architects, and technical teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular project updates and managing expectations.Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.Reltio Expertise
Provide subject matter expertise on Reltio MDM platform capabilities, features, and best practices.Lead data integration efforts with Reltio MDM, including source system identification, data mapping, and transformation.Ensure adherence to Reltio MDM standards and configurations to optimize data quality and performance.Team Leadership
Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, data analysts, and quality assurance professionals, to deliver project milestones.Mentor and guide team members in MDM processes, tools, and best practices.Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.Governance and Compliance
Ensure compliance with organizational data governance policies and regulatory requirements.Establish and enforce best practices for data management, security, and privacy in the MDM ecosystem.Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and data quality improvements.Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and post-implementation reviews to leadership.Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.7 years of experience in project management, with 3 years managing Reltio MDM or similar MDM platform implementations.Proven track record of delivering complex IT or data management projects on time and within budget.Technical Skills
Deep knowledge of Reltio MDM platform, including configuration, data modeling, API integration, and workflows.Proficiency with data integration tools and ETL processes (e.g., Informatica, Talend, MuleSoft).Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their integration with Reltio MDM.Strong understanding of data quality, governance, and stewardship principles.Experience with Agile / Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.Soft Skills
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Reltio MDM or other MDM platforms.Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile).Experience with enterprise data management solutions and architectures.Knowledge of data privacy regulations like GDPR, CCPA, or HIPAA.What We Offer
