Job Title: Senior Global Infrastructure Program Manager
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Global Infrastructure Program Manager to lead, coordinate, and drive strategic infrastructure programs across a global organization. This role ensures the successful delivery of complex, multi-site technology initiatives including cloud migrations, data center consolidations, enterprise network upgrades, cybersecurity implementations, and other infrastructure transformations. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in program and project management, strong technical understanding of global infrastructure ecosystems, and the ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders across business and IT functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of large-scale global infrastructure programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and IT strategy.
- Manage cross-functional project teams including infrastructure engineers, network architects, vendors, and business partners.
- Coordinate all phases of project delivery, including budget management, resource planning, risk mitigation, and communication.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, detailed project plans, and regular status reports for executive leadership.
- Serve as a liaison between global IT, business stakeholders, and third-party service providers to ensure clarity, engagement, and accountability.
- Drive standardization, repeatability, and scalability across infrastructure programs globally.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, performance, and security within infrastructure environments.
- Manage vendor contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and procurement processes.
- Ensure that programs meet compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR, NIST).
- Guide change management strategies to support the successful adoption of new infrastructure capabilities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus).
- 8–12 years of experience in program or project management within IT infrastructure environments.
- Proven experience leading global programs across multiple regions and time zones.
- Strong understanding of networking, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), virtualization, data centers, storage systems, and cybersecurity principles.
- Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and/or DevOps methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, especially when working with executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet, or Asana.
Preferred Skills:
- Certifications: PMP, ITIL, or similar.
- Experience managing M&A infrastructure integration, cloud-first transformations, or enterprise network overhauls.
- Ability to manage large capital budgets and vendor relationships across multiple projects.
