About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, vision, and execution of supply chain planning and inventory management solutions. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving product excellence, aligning business needs with customer expectations, and leading an organizational transformation toward a more product-centric approach.
As a key leader, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define roadmaps, prioritize features, and deliver innovative solutions that enhance demand planning, inventory planning, and replenishment. This position requires a strong Agile mindset, stakeholder management expertise, and the ability to drive business impact through scalable, customer-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for supply chain planning and replenishment.
- Align product initiatives with overall business objectives and customer needs.
- Translate business goals into epics, user stories, and prioritized feature backlogs in an Agile environment.
- Optimize demand planning, inventory planning, and replenishment processes through data-driven insights and automation.
- Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex problems into clear solutions.
- Evangelize a product-centric mindset within the organization, driving transformation and cultural change.
- Establish and track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) to measure product success and inform data-driven decision-making.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth product delivery and adoption.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in supply chain, demand planning, or inventory management.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, including backlog management, sprint planning, and prioritization frameworks.
- Proven track record of developing strategic roadmaps and delivering scalable products that drive business outcomes.
- Deep understanding of supply chain processes, inventory optimization, and demand forecasting.
- Exceptional ability to influence and align stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience in leading or contributing to organizational transformations toward a product-centric model.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a hybrid environment (mix of remote and on-site in Atlanta, GA).
