Job Description : Senior SAP S / 4 Program / Project Manager
Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP S / 4 Program / Project Manager to lead and oversee complex SAP S / 4HANA implementation and transformation projects. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP S / 4HANA modules, strong program management skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a global environment. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of delivering SAP projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities :
- Program / Project Leadership :
- Lead end-to-end SAP S / 4HANA implementation, migration, or upgrade projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, milestones, resource allocation, timelines, and risk management strategies.
- Oversee the execution of project deliverables, monitoring progress and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Stakeholder Management :
- Collaborate with executive sponsors, business leaders, and technical teams to align project objectives with business priorities.
- Facilitate clear communication between stakeholders, ensuring expectations are managed effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and deliver regular status updates, reports, and presentations to leadership and steering committees.
- Resource and Team Management :
- Assemble and lead cross-functional teams, including internal staff, SAP consultants, and third-party vendors.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to project team members, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Manage resource allocation, resolving conflicts, and ensuring optimal utilization of skills and expertise.
- Risk and Issue Management :
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Address and resolve project challenges and issues promptly to avoid disruptions to timelines or deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and SAP best practices.
- Budget and Financial Oversight :
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring financial accountability.
- Prepare cost estimates, monitor expenditures, and report on budget variances.
- SAP Expertise and Best Practices :
- Leverage extensive knowledge of SAP S / 4HANA modules, integration points, and business processes to provide strategic insights.
- Ensure projects adhere to SAP Activate methodology or other relevant frameworks.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend process improvements to enhance project efficiency and outcomes.
