Job Title: Senior Supply Chain Product Manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Supply Chain Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of products that optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role requires a strong blend of business acumen, product strategy, and domain expertise in supply chain systems and processes.

You will be responsible for driving product roadmaps, delivering innovative digital solutions, and aligning cross-functional teams to improve agility, resilience, and cost efficiency across sourcing, planning, manufacturing, fulfillment, and logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for supply chain technologies, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, WMS/TMS systems, supplier portals, and procurement automation tools.
• Develop and execute a strategic product roadmap aligned with supply chain priorities and business goals.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including engineering, analytics, operations, procurement, and finance to build scalable, data-driven solutions.
• Lead Agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, etc.) and translate business needs into clear user stories and technical requirements.
• Conduct market research and user discovery to identify gaps and innovation opportunities within the supply chain tech stack.
• Monitor key KPIs like inventory turnover, fill rate, lead time reduction, cost-to-serve, and supply continuity to drive measurable product success.
• Evaluate and manage technology vendors and third-party integrations where needed.
• Act as the voice of the customer (internal and external), influencing senior stakeholders with insights from data, pilots, and user feedback.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7 years of experience in product management, supply chain operations, or logistics technology.
• Proven success in launching and scaling digital products or platforms within supply chain or logistics environments.
• Deep knowledge of supply chain functions such as demand planning, sourcing, inventory management, transportation, and distribution.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise systems like SAP, Oracle SCM, Blue Yonder, Manhattan, or Kinaxis.
• Proficient in Agile frameworks; experience with Jira, Confluence, Aha!, or similar tools.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with a history of driving alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Certifications: CSCP, PMP, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), or Scrum Certified Product Owner (CSPO).
• Experience with AI/ML or data analytics tools applied to supply chain optimization.
• Background in manufacturing, e-commerce, healthcare, or consumer goods industries.
